Following major works, temporary speed restrictions will be in place on parts of the Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill lines from
Monday 9 March to Saturday 28 March.
During this time, trains will run at slower than normal speeds between Bendigo, Echuca, Swan Hill and Sunbury to allow the tracks to bed down.
There will be
changes to arrival and departure times so please plan ahead and check the temporary train timetable or journey planner before you travel.
Trains to the city
All Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill trains to the city will depart stations up to 3 minutes earlier.
Please note:
- The weekday 7.23am Echuca to Southern Cross train will arrive at Southern Cross 20 minutes later
- The weekend 7.25am Echuca to Southern Cross trains will arrive at Southern Cross 10 minutes later.
Trains to Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill
All trains travelling towards Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill will arrive up to
5 minutes later.
