If you are connecting with a domestic or international flight, please ensure you allow enough time to reach the airport. V/Line recommends to plan your travel allowing a four hour window between your arrival at Southern Cross and the departure time of your flight.
As per the
Victorian Fares and Ticketing Conditions public transport operators are not required to reimburse customers for additional costs incurred due to delays/disruptions. However V/Line may consider claims for missed flights arising from a major disruption. V/Line will not consider requests for reimbursement of additional costs if you have not allowed a four hour time period to reach the airport.
